This photo was taken right before one of my Dad's win in the Kuhn 21.  You'll notice Fred Putney (of Lincoln track prep fame) to his left... Fred's son Spencer is a current member of the 84c crew, and on the far left, you'll notice Don, who is also a current crew member of the new team... We hear a lot of stories about the good old days!

My second year racing Go-karts, there was a sticker on the engine that said "4c motors". Dad and I built all of our go-kart engines.. If I was going to race it, I had to be able to work on it.

My grandfather "Bob Criswell" working on my Dad's car back in the late 70's - Old 8 0 8 ... Everyone thought he worked on a car that was numbered 808...  And we're the ones from WV!
